Terms of Service

Last updated: April 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DocuAnalyzer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Not Legal Advice

DocuAnalyzer is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The automated analysis provided by our service — including analysis of contracts, leases, NDAs, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, business purchase agreements, promissory notes, powers of attorney, HOA documents, insurance policies, vehicle purchase agreements, medical bills, court documents, collection letters, and resumes — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Court documents and debt collection matters carry serious legal consequences with strict deadlines. Severance agreements involve waiver of legal rights with specific statutory review periods. For any legal matter of importance, consult a qualified attorney before taking action.

3. Use of the Service

You may use DocuAnalyzer for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Submit documents you do not have the right to share
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means
  • Use the service to process documents for illegal purposes
  • Reverse engineer or copy the service

4. Document Sensitivity

Do not submit documents containing Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the analysis. While we take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and storage, no internet service is 100% secure.

5. Subscription and Billing

Free accounts receive 3 credits upon registration at no charge. Additional credits can be purchased individually at $1.00 each. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not offer refunds for credits that have already been used.

6. Limitation of Liability

DocuAnalyzer is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of automated analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocuAnalyzer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on automated analysis. Always verify important findings with a qualified professional.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
