About DocuAnalyzer
Making document analysis accessible to everyone.
DocuAnalyzer was built to solve a simple problem: most people don't fully understand the documents they sign or submit. Contracts are full of legal jargon. Resumes get rejected by software before a human ever sees them. We built DocuAnalyzer to change that.
Our contract tools cover the full range of documents most people encounter: general contracts, apartment leases, NDAs, and employment agreements. Each tool translates legal language into plain English, identifies red flags and missing protections, and gives you a risk score so you can make informed decisions before signing.
Our resume tool helps job seekers compete in a world where most applications are screened by software before a human ever sees them. The Resume Scorer grades your resume against a specific job description, identifies missing keywords, and gives you prioritized action items to land more interviews.
We also built a Court Document Analyzer for people who receive or need to understand legal filings — complaints, motions, subpoenas, judgments, and court orders. Court documents are some of the most intimidating paperwork a person can receive. DocuAnalyzer breaks them down into plain English: who the parties are, what's being asked, what deadlines matter, and what you should do next. For debt-related filings, it also flags potential consumer protection opportunities under the FDCPA and FCRA.
Our Technology
DocuAnalyzer is built on advanced language processing technology and runs on Cloudflare's global edge network, which means fast response times no matter where you are in the world.
Important Disclaimer
DocuAnalyzer is a tool for information and education — it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The analysis it generates should help you ask better questions and understand documents more clearly, but it should not replace consultation with a qualified attorney for important legal matters.
